Hari ni nak share lirik dan lagu daripada Ella Henderson. Ella Henderson ni merupakan bekas peserta The X Factor UK pada tahun 2012. Dia memang merupakan peserta favorite aku bersama boyband Union J. Tetapi Ella tersingkir semasa pusingan Top 6 which is so ridiculous for someone like her. But Simon Cowell saw her potential dan still signed Ella untuk join company dia, Syco. 

So ini adalah single pertama Ella yang berjudul Ghost. Lagu dia memang catchy. Dan Ella juga memiliki bakat menulis lagu yang sangat bagus. Aku suka sangat dengan lirik dia.

Makan-Makan

Hello!!!

Esok nak balik kampung. Dan buat pertama kali aku akan balik ke kampung dengan adik aku yang number 3 aka Abang Chik. Adik aku ni sambung study di Saito College. Aku kalau boleh nak dia sambung IPTA tetapi dah tu pilihan dia.. Nak buat macam mana walaupun result dia memang layak pun masuk IPTA. Tapi aku still juga apply IPTA in case dia tukar fikiran. 

Hari ni just nak share promosi-promosi baru di restaurant yang ada di Malaysia ni. Ada yang aku dah try dan ada juga yang aku masih belum try. 

Red Pepper Chicken at The Chicken Rice Shop

Dah 2 kali aku makan menu ni. Aku suka try menu-menu baru yang ada di TCRS ni. Dahlah aku ni hantu ayam. So apa-apa je yang ada ayam, memang no problem bagi aku. Red Pepper Chicken ni agak pedas juga bagi standard aku yang tak tahan pedas. Tapi sebab rasanya yang sedap, aku redha je lah. 

Grilled Chicken Burger (GCB) at McDonalds

GCB is back!!! Yang ni memang favorite aku. Selain dari Teriyaki Burger di McD aku paling suka GCB. Rasa pattynya yang sangat juicy memang boleh melelehkan air liur aku. Harap2 lama lah sikit tempoh GCB ni sebab aku baru makan sekali. 

Zinger Reloaded at KFC

  

Suka sangat dengan Zinger Reloaded, the upgraded version of original Zinger Burger. Dah cuba sekali dan ingin cuba lagi. 

Bandung Soya at Mr. Bean

Yang pink color tu adalah Bandung Soya yang sememangnya menjadi favorite aku sekarang. Kalau singgah je Mr. Bean, memang itulah yang aku order. Yang bulat tu nama dia soya pancake. Ada macam-macam perisa. Aku punya tu, coklat. Sedap. 

Capri's Wholesome Platters at Capricciosa

Memang nampak wholesome especially to those yang tak boleh buat pilihan macam aku ni. Aku memang suka pergi Capricciosa ni. Pasta dia memang superb. Antara menu yang paling best bagi aku adalah Pasta Seafood Pomodoro, Calamari Fritto, Homemade Spicy Meatballs dan macam2 lagi ada. Platters ni sesuai untuk dua orang. Well kalau yang jenis tak suka makan, tiga orang pun boleh. Untuk aku? Sorang pun boleh habis.. Huhu..

Movie Review: Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Hello!!!

Selepas Thor yang kedua baru-baru ni, aku memang menantikan filem Captain America ini. Captain America pun memang salah satu Superhero kegemaran aku. So bila keluar je filem yang kedua ini, memang aku tak lepaskan peluang untuk menonton filem ini.

Untuk filem ini, Captain America telah diserang hendap oleh seorang penjahat yang digelar sebagai Winter Soldier ketika menjalankan satu misi. Sementara itu, Apabila, Nick Fury telah meninggal dunia akibat diserang oleh Winter Soldier, Captain America dibantu oleh Black Widow dan Falcon berusaha untuk mencari punca sebenar masalah yang berlaku. Captain America berjaya mendapat tahu bahawa Winter Soldier adalah kawan baiknya, Bucky Barnes yang otaknya telah dibasuh oleh satu organisasi yang cuba untuk memusnahkan S.H.I.E.L.D.

Aku suka dengan jalan cerita filem ini. Chris Evans memang kelihatan sangat sesuai dengan wataknya sebagai Captain America. Tetapi aku paling suka dengan watak Black Widow yang dilakonkan oleh Scarlett Johansson. Sangat seksi bagi aku. Aku rasa Black Widow deserved a movie for herself. Aku juga suka dengan watak Agent 13 aka Sharon Carter yang akan menjadi kekasih kepada Captain America. Walaupun watak dia tak banyak sangat, Emily VanCamp masih lagi meninggalkan impak yang mendalam bagi aku.

Movie Review: Mr Peabody & Sherman

Hello!!!

Aku tak plan pun nak tengok cerita 'Mr Peabody & Sherman' ni. Even trailer dia pun nampak tak menarik. Tetapi sebab boring sangat, aku pergi tengok cerita apa yang tengah tayang kat pawagam. Tiada pilihan sangat so aku terpaksa tengok 'Mr Peabody & Sherman. 

Cerita ini mengisahkan Mr Peabody. merupakan anjing yang paling pintar di dalam dunia. Suatu hari Mr Peabody telah menemui seorang bayi yang telah dibuang dan membuat keputusan untuk mengambilnya sebagai anak angkat. Walaupun mendapat tentangan manusia pada mulanya, dia berjaya mengambil bayi yang dinamakan Sherman sebagai anak angkatnya. Beberapa tahun telah berlalu dan Sherman mula bersekolah. Sherman telah diejek oleh seorang budak perempuan bernama Penny. Mereka berdua telah bergaduh dan Mr Peabody telah dipanggil ke sekolah. Mr Peabody menjemput ibu bapa Penny ke rumah untuk berbincang dengan mereka. Masalah timbul apabila Sherman dan Penny telah menggunakan mesin masa yang telah dicipta oleh Mr Peabody. 

Aku terkejut sangat sebab cerita ini sangat menarik. Aku suka sangat dengan nilai kekeluargaan yang ada dalam filem ini. Mesej untuk kita berkasih sayang di antara satu sama lain berjaya disampaikan. Tapi sayang, promosi untuk filem ini agak lemah sedikit. Tak ramai yang tahu kewujudan filem animasi ini. Aku suka dengan selitan pasal peristiwa dan tempat-tempat bersejarah yang ada di dalam plot cerita ini. Overall, cerita ini sangat menghiburkan aku.

American Idol Season 13 - Top 6 Live Show

Hello!!!

This week the contestants will sing 2 songs and the theme are Rock N Roll & Country. Here are my recap for this week live show. 

1. Jena Irene (Barracuda by Heart & So Small by Carrie Underwood)

~ I like Barracuda but there's nothing really special about it. I love her energy on stage but we all knew that. Meanwhile, So Small really blew me away. I totally love the arrangement. It suited her vocal. B+ & A.

2. Sam Woolf (It's Time by Imagine Dragons & You're Still The One by Shania Twain)

~ I think Sam has a good week. I like his version for It's Time. It's very refreshing. But You're Still The One is one of my favorite performances this week. It's very tender and I love to see this side of him. B+ & A.

3. C.J. Harris (American Woman by The Guess Who & Whatever It Is by Zac Brown Band)

~ I'm not sure which performance I dislike more. I think there's no way he's going to survive the elimination this week. C & C.

4. Alex Preston (Animal by Kings of Leon & Always On My Mind by Gwen McCrae)

~ His first performance was one of his worst in this competition. I love the beginning but when the band came in, Alex was lost. But Alex redeemed himself with his second performance. Always On My Mind was so beautiful. B- & A. 

5. Caleb Johnson (Sting Me by The Black Crowes & Undo It by Carrie Underwood)

~ Not really a fan of Sting Me. It's typical Caleb's performance. I love Undo It more. He rocked the stage. It's totally different from Carrie's version. B & A-.

6. Jessica Meuse (Somebody To Love by Jefferson Airplane & Jolene by Dolly Parton)

~ I think Jess has a very solid voice. But I need her to pick unexpected songs for her next time and sing in her own way. I think that's a better strategy for her. B+ & A-.

The Voice Season 6 - Top 12 Live Show

Hello

Overall, I think The Voice has better finalists than American Idol this season. I love the diversity in the Top 12. Here is my recap on what happened this week. 

1. Bria Kelly (Rolling in the Deep by Adele)

~ I'm not really a fan of the arrangement. It's too loud. I love that she didn't sing it like Adele but the arrangement didn't suit the song at all. And Bria needs to tone down the scream. More singing and less screaming. B

2. Delvin Choice (Unchained Melody by The Righteous Brothers)

~ I can't believe someone still picked this song. It's so boring and even Delvin tried to make the song more current with his runs, it just didn't work out well. C

3. Dani Moz (Just Give Me A Reason by Pink)

~ Another Pink's song from her. I don't like this route for her. I think she's much better with singer/songwriter route than this pop/rock thing. She did a good job but a little bit messy at the end. I'm not sure if this performance able to save her this week. B

4. Audra McLaughlin (Angel of the Morning by Juice Newton)

~ Audra picked a good song for her. Beautiful vocal performance from her. I really like this. A-

5. T.J. Wilkins (Waiting on the World to Change by John Mayer)

~ At least T.J. picked a current song for him this week. But this is so unforgettable. I'm not sure if it's enough to get him through to next week. B-

6. Christina Grimmie (Dark Horse by Katy Perry)

~ Christina nailed it again this week. I love her version. She has a very thin voice but her technical skill and the way she controlled it make her tone sounds so pleasant. She's definitely the one to beat. A

7. Sisaundra Lewis (Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me by Elton John)

~ I need Sisaundra to pick the better song for her next week cause this one just average for me. Good vocal but that's it. She's so much better than this. B

8. Kristen Merlin (Stay by Sugarland)

~ I'm not going to touch on the technical problem. I think she nailed it. She manage to leave impact with her performance and she needs that impact this week. Beautiful vocal. I love this. A

9. Kat Perkins (Magic Man by Heart)

~ I love Kat but this performance was so average for me. I didn't like the song choice. But I do love her energy and the way she communicate with the audience. B

10. Jake Barker (Anymore by Travis Tritt)

~ I'm not so sure with the song choice. A little bit too generic this week. He needs a better song next week. This performance was just okay for me. I think he can do better. B

11. Tess Boyer (I'll Be There For You by Bon Jovi)

~ Tess is a great singer and I think her performance is quite strong but this song? I didn't like it. I don't think people want to download this song on Itunes. B+

12. Josh Kaufman (Stay With Me by Sam Smith)

~ Currently, this is one of my songs and Josh did so well. Perfect song choice for him. I think he can win this competition. He just proved that Adam made a stupid mistake to choose Delvin over him. A

The Voice Season 6 - Playoffs (Top 20)

Hello!!!

It's time for the Playoffs. This is the last round before the live show next week. Judges will narrow their team from 5 to only 3 artistes. Here are the Top 3 for each team

Team Blake

Sisaundra Lewis, Jake Worthington & Audra McLaughlin

~ I think Blake made a right decision even though I really want to see Madilyn in the Top 3. Overall, Blake has a very strong team. Sisaundra isn't a typical Team Blake's member. Jake is so likeable while Audra has such an angelic vocal. 

Team Shakira

Kristen Merlin, Dani Moz & Tess Boyer

~ I thought Team Shakira was going to be the weakest team this season but I was wrong. She has 3 powerhouse vocalists in her team. Tess Boyer has the strongest vocal this season. Dani Moz really shocked me with her performance and Kristen, I love her tone so much. And she's different. I don't think I ever see a country singer like her. 

Team Adam

Kat Perkins, Delvin Choice & Christina Grimmie

~ Adam is so lucky to have Christina in his team. I'm not sure with the other two choices. I was so surprised when he didn't picked Jake Barker. I love Jake's performance this week. Except for Christina, I don't think Kat & Delvin will last long in this competition. 

Team Usher

~ To me, Usher made a wrong decision this week. His team isn't as stronger as before now. I love Josh performance. And Bria was just okay for me but I totally get when he picked her. But T.J? Over Stevie Jo & Melissa. So wrong. There's nothing unique with T.J. He's definitely going to lost T.J next week.

American Idol Season 13 - Top 7 Live Show

Hello!!!

This week the theme is Competitor's pick. Every contestants will receive 6 songs from the other 6 competitors and he/she needs to pick one song from that 6 songs. Here are my recap. 

1. Caleb Johnson (Family Tree by Kings of Leon)

~ It's a very solid performance. But after last week, this performance is a little bit too safe for me. But still, he should be okay this round. B+

2. Jessica Meuse (Gunpowder & Lead by Miranda Lambert)

~ Why she always performed at the first half of the show? This performance was actually good but the fact that the judges were trying too much to critique her performance made me felt so bad at her. It wasn't a great performance but it wasn't that bad either. B+

3. C.J Harris (Gravity by John Mayer)

~ This performance was on the same level with Jessica for me but the judges love this and hate Jessica. I don't get that. It felt like they judged Jessica on different level. But this is definitely one of CJ's better performance. B+

4. Dexter Roberts (Muckalee Creek Water by Luke Bryan)

~ What a weird song title. And again, Dexter was such a karaoke/bar singer. I don't know what to say if he survive again this week. C

5. Alex Preston (The A Team by Ed Sheeran)

~ Great performance. Alex is ready to be an artist for me. I love the tenderness in his voice. I love Ed Sheeran but I love Alex's version more. Great performance. A

6. Sam Woolf (Sail Away by David Gray)

~ I saw improvements from Sam. I can feel it. Sam is still young. I think he needs a little bit time to connect to the song. This is one of my favorite performance this week. A-

7. Jene Irene (Creep by Radiohead)

~ Jena nailed it this week. She's on different level this round. I love the fact that she stays with the piano this week. Gorgeous vocal. Definitely the performance of the season so far. A+

American Idol Season 13 - Top 8 Redux Live Show

Hello!!!

Still Top 8!!!. Sam was saved last week and the theme for this week is Songs from the 80's. I don't think this is going to be my favorite week. But here are my recap for this week show. 

1. Jena Irene (I Love Rock n Roll by Joan Jett)

~ I love the intro. So beautiful. But then she stand up and it become average to me. Nothing really interesting me about this song choice. I love Jena but this isn't one of her best. B

2. Dexter Roberts (Keep You Hand To Yourself by Georgia Satellites)

~ This performance is too karaoke-ish to me. I don't like it. Nothing memorable at all unlike his performance last week. C

3. Malaya Watson (Through The Fire by Chaka Khan)

~ Siobhan Magnus (Season 9) sing this song before and it was her weakest performance. I don't think this song is a good choice for Malaya. She struggled on some notes. After a streak of good performances, this one just didn't work for me. C

4. Jessica Meuse (Call Me by Blondie)

~ I think the vocal is solid but what I didn't like from this performance is her energy and stage presence. She didn't give any attitude and she walked around the stage like she's in pageant. It's an average performance for me. B

5. Sam Woolf (Time After Time by Cyndi Lauper)

~ I like this song choice for Sam. The arrangement is very interesting but I saw this kinda of arrangement before. But overall much better from what we saw from him lately. B+

6. Alex Preston (Every Breath You Take by The Police)

~ Like this performance but I want him to 'attack' more with this song. It's too laid back for me. But I love his vocal. Very dynamic. B+

7. C.J. Harris (Free Falling by Tom Petty)

~ This is so out of tune. I think the judges were too soft on him. C.J has a very beautiful tone but I didn't hear that in this performance. C-

8. Caleb Johnson (Faithfully by Journey)

~ Caleb is a clear winner this week. I love his vocal. The way he controls his vocal is so great. I'm glad that he toned it down the loudness in his performance. A

Overall, not a great week. I hate the theme. I'm not against 80's music but the song choice for 80's were always terrible. Here are my ranking

Wow.. I knew she's in danger but still I think she's going to be safe. It's not fair cause Malaya has lot of great performances compared to CJ, Dexter and even Sam. Malaya grown on me a lot in this competition. I didn't like her at first but she continued to impress me. 

Next week theme is Competitor's Pick. So, sabotage anyone?

Salam Ahad!!! 

Hari ni aku bergotong royong untuk mengemaskan pusat aktiviti yang agak lama jugak tidak dicuci. So balik jer memang letih. Ingat nak tidur tetapi godaan internet sangat kuat. So sedang asyik surf Youtube, terjumpa video ni. Sangat cool bagi aku. 

Aku suka sangat dengan lagu Let It Go. Aku pernah dengar yang multi-language version before tapi wajah penyanyi-penyanyi tidak ditonjolkan. Tapi video 'Behind the Mic' ni ada tunjuk muka penyanyi-penyanyi negara lain. Malaysia of courselah diwakili oleh Marsha. 

Ini video yang dimaksudkan. Tak sangka jugak banyak language yang aku tak tahu kewujudannya.

Sebelum ni aku pernah dengar lagu Rita Ora tetapi tak adalah lagu yang minat betul-betul. Setakat dengar je. Bagi aku muzik Rita terlalu urban untuk aku. Shameless merupakan siri tv yang paling underrated bagi aku. Lakonan dan jalan cerita especially this season sungguh bagus. Totally addicted to this show.

Himalaya Skin Nourishing Cream

Tekstur dia sangat ringan. Aku paling tak suka pakai something yang berminyak kat muka. Rasa tak selesa. Tapi cream ni lain even bau dia pun best. Gabungan Aloe Vera & Cherry Winter yang dapat melindungi kulit dari cuaca panas. 

BODY WASH

St Ives Oatmeal & Shea Butter Moisturizing Body Wash

Bau dia sangat creamy and buttery. Aku memang suka sangat. First time beli body wash dari brand St Ives. Harga dia pun sangat berpatutan. Around RM 14 to RM 15. Even my roomie yang tak suka beli barang yang sama pun beli body wash ni untuk dia lepas tengok aku guna yang ini.

I've Got Your Number by Sophia Kinsella

Bahan bacaan yang sangat ringan. Aku memang suka dengan karya Sophia Kinsella. Ada romance, ada comedy. Perfect untuk dibaca bila tengah blur and stress. 

PERFUME

Fancy Love by Jessica Simpson

Bau yang sangat different dari perfume aku yang lain. Bought this on February but still my favorite perfume for March.
