The X Factor USA Season 3 - Audition #6 & Top 10 Revealed

Hello!!!

Finally the audition ends!!! And they already announced the Top 10 for each category. I felt bad to those who's flying to the Bootcamp and then were told that they didn't make it without even singing. At least they should have another round before they pick Top 10 for each category.

Here are my favorite auditions.

1. Victoria Carriger

~ She's a mom with 8 kids and she still looks so gorgeous. Wow. I love her country twang but she needs to work on her diction more.

 

2. Zach Beeken 

~ Very Scotty McCreery-ish. Deep voice. Cute face. He's so going to win. 

3. Girls United

~ Girlband. I love the chemistry. Great harmony. 

4. Glamourz

~ Baby Destiny's Child. Very young. 

5. Denny Smith

~ Great vocal. He's 69 and he called himself Santa Claus. Yeah he looks like a Santa Claus. 

 

Here are the Top 10 revealed for every categories. 

Boys

 ~ No country boys. My favorites are Tim, Carlos, Al, Stone & Carlito

 

Girls

~ My favorites from the Girls category are Danie, Ellona, Simone, Rion & Ashly

 

Overs

~ My favorites are Rachel, Victoria, Jeffrey, Lillie & James. Strong category this year.

 

Groups

~ I'm so excited about the new manufactured groups. I also like Alex & Sierra, Girls United and Roxxy Montana

 

 

That's all. Next week, the Four Chair Challenge will start. Sounds mean and harsh but it's going to be interesting to watch. 

 

The X Factor USA Season 3 - Audition #5

Hello!!!

Here are my favorites on this episode.

1. Tim Olstad

~ He's so nervous and he's kinda boring actually in term of personality. But when he sings, he's so great. His tone is so great and he's very likeable as a person. It's hard to not root for him. 

 

2. Celine Polenghi & Summer Reign 

~ These 2 girls stood out for me from this montage. I think they're very commercial and would be so good in group. 

  

3. Khaya Cohen

~ She has potential but she needs to stop shouting and just singing. I don't get the standing ovation at first but when I searched her on youtube she was so good. She needs to stop over sing a song. 

 

4. James Kenney

~ He made it to the Nicole's Judges House in Season 1. I don't know about the song choice. Well after Fantasia sing this song, I don't think anyone should ever sing Summertime again. But he has potential. 

 

5. Emery Kelly

~ Very cute and commercial. But I think he should be in a group. Great potential and girls will love him. 

 

 

The X Factor UK Season 10 - Week #4 Audition

Final week of the audition stage. Here are my favorites.

1. Hannah Shears

~ I felt bad for her. I don't like the way the judges forced her to leave her group but they're right when they said that she was better than the other two. I love her arena audition. Great song choice. Huge potential.

 

2. Joseph Whelan

~ He auditioned in 2012 but was eliminated at Bootcamp stage. Great rock voice but he needs to work on his low notes. His high range is great. He's a father and has a cute and adorable son, 

 

3. Andrea Magee

~ I love her. She sang her own song. She's the most commercial for the Overs category. Great vocal and she already looks like an artist to me.

 

4. Lorna Simpson

~ Great R&B voice. She's also in Overs category. Very strong vocal but she needs to work on her image in order to be more memorable. 

 

5. Sam Callahan

~ WGWG. His vocal isn't that great but he has potential. I think the girls will love her if he makes it to the voting round. He has a Youtube channel and lot of people subscribed to his channel.

  

That's all for the audition stage. Very promising season. I think the girls and overs categories are so strong this season.  

MCS Fun Run 2013

Hello!!!

Pada sabtu lepas, aku telah join MCS Fun Run 2013 yang dianjurkan oleh KDU College dengan tujuan untuk membantu satu organisasi iaitu The SHELTER Home for Children yang membantu kanak-kanak yang tiada tempat tinggal. 

So kami dari Mentari Project turut sama join memberi sokongan kepada larian amal ni. Aku pun join jugak untuk 3 km. Bimbang jugak mula-mula tu samada aku mampu or tak tapi bila fikir balik, aku pusing-pusing Pyramid pun lebih kurang 3 km jugak tu, so aku pun join sekali. 

Malam tu, memang tidur tak cukup. Sebab bimbang lewat tapi mujurlah aku bangun on time. Sepatutnya ada 17 students join tapi last2 tinggal 14 jer. Ok dah tu. Mentari Kids semua memang excited nak lari on that day. 

Aku masuk kategori umum iaitu, 3km jalan kaki. So memang aku non stop jalan kaki hari tu. Tak pancit lah. Aku tengok2 jugak, ada ker orang yang badan besar masuk, tapi tak nampak lah pulak, so totally proud of myself. 

One of Mentari students won kategori Jalan kaki 3km. Congrats Mas!!! Sampai jer, memang letih sangat tapi still enjoy sangat2. I really2 want to do it again. So dapatlah medal, sijil and goodie bag yang ada cenderahati and junk foods. 

Balik tu singgah satu restoren yang memang menjadi tempat favorite my boss. Restoren Berjaya di Bangsar. Tempat tu famous Mi Wantan tapi aku pulak memang lapar nasi hari tu, so just order nasi campur hari tu. Aku just ambil lauk ayam rendang, begedil ikan & kacang. Begedil ikan dia seriously best. 

After brunch, balik rumah terus je pengsan sampai pukul 4. Huhu. Lenguhlah sikit but overall, I have so much fun. 

My 2 Cents: Bini Mat Yo

Hello!!!

Sekarang ni kecoh pasal bini Mat Yo. Kat facebook feeds semua duk post pasal berita ni saja. So here are my 2 cents about this. 

Pakcik tu mengingatkan aku kepada Papa aku. Papa aku lebih kurang umur Pakcik guard tu so bila tengok Pakcik tu kena maki, terusik sangat hati aku. Cara perempuan tu bercakap macam Pakcik tu hina sangat and tak layak tegur dia langsung. Pakcik tu hanya menjalankan tugas dia sahaja. Kalau dia nak marah perempuan tu sekali pun tu hak dia sebab kau parking tempat salah. Berlaku apa-apa kesulitan Pakcik tu yang akan kena marah dengan majikan dia. 

Lepas tu bila tengok video maklum balas Pakcik tu, he's very down to earth and humble. Siap minta maaf lagi. Apa kes Pakcik tu nak kena minta maaf. Memang perempuan tu biadap siap panggil Pakcik tu bodoh lah, dayuslah. Yang kat sebelah perempuan tu tak dayus ker. 

Walaupun aku tak kenal Pakcik ni, aku harap Pakcik ni dimurahkan rezeki dan dilindungi Allah S.W.T. Sedih dengan budi bahasa golongan muda sekarang. Orang tua makin lama, makin tak dihormati. Dalam bas dan ktm pun aku tengok, org2 tua duk berdiri tapi yang muda duduk rileks jer dan pura-pura tidur. Keji sangat. 

Itulah saja my 2 cents about this situation. Harap-harap peristiwa ni memberi pengajaran kepada semua bahawa orang yang tua harulah dihormati. 

Survivor 27: Blood vs Water - Episode 2

Hello. 

Here are my quick recap for episode 2

Redemption Island - It's Candice vs Rupert vs Marissa. Cabaran dia agak rumit sedikit. Perlu tangkas dan juga berhati-hati. Gervase macam tak sedih je tengok anak saudara dia keluar. Sempat berlagak lagi. Bila Jeff tanya whether Gervase nak ganti his niece, he declined it. It was his fault that she's here. Candice & Rupert mendahului cabaran until susunan Rupert jatuh dan dia terpaksa memulakannya kembali. Candice mendapat tempat pertama dan Marissa berjaya mendapat tempat kedua. So mereka berdua selamat dan Rupert tersingkir. I don't really like Rupert so I'm fine with the result. Candice juga memenangi clue kepada Hidden Immunity Idol dan sudah tentulah dia beri clue tu kepada husbandnya, John 

Tribe Galang - Colton dah start tunjuk belang. Dia tidak suka dengan situasi harmoni tribenya, so dia cuba melaga-lagakan ahli-ahli kumpulannya. Alliance baru terbentuk antara Monica, Tina, Gervase, Tyson & Aras. 

Tribe Tadhana - Girls from this tribe sedar yang bilangan peserta perempuan yang makin sedikit akan menyebabkan mereka diundi keluar satu persatu. Katie & Ciera worked together while Rachel cuba mendekati John untuk memastikan John melindungi dia. Brad bercadang untuk mengundi Rachel dengan harapan, Tyson akan menggantikan tempat Rachel. John cuba mencari Hidden Immunity Idol tapi still tak jumpa. 

Immunity Challenge - Challenge not really tough. First part mereka harus menolak seorang ahli mereka yang berada dalam barrel sambil mengumpul 6 bola. 6 bola ini akan digunakan oleh ahli yang lain ke dalam lubang2 yang disediakan. Very close but at the end, Galang menang immunity kali kedua berturut-turut. 

Tribal Council - Men's alliance mula hilang kepercayaan pada John sebab John ragu untuk mengundi keluar Rachel. John tidak mahu Rachel keluar kerana dia bimbang jika Tyson menggantikan Rachel, peluang Candice untuk memenangi Redemption akan tergugat. Katie & Ciera pula bimbang jika John menggunakan idol ke atas Rachel so mereka berdua mengundi keluar John. Rachel still tersingkir dengan 5 undian manakala John menerima dua undian dan Ciera mendapat satu undian. Peluang untuk dua lagi girls untuk survive dalam tribe ni tersangat sukar disebabkan Men's alliance. 

I like Rachel but this game wasn't for her. She tried her best but it didn't work for her.

Survivor 27: Blood vs Water - Episode 1

Hello!!!

My favorite reality tv show ever, Survivor is back. Sekarang dah season 27 dan twist utama dia kali ini ialah bekas peserta survivor kembali tetapi mereka turut membawa kenalan mereka samada family member or their life partner. 

Two tribes - Castaways dibahagikan kepada 2 tribe. Galang, tribe favorite iaitu bekas peserta musim terdahulu and tribe kedua ialah Tadhana, yang dianggotai oleh their loved one. Sudah mula ada drama airmata sebab terpaksa split dengan partner masing-masing. Kemudian mereka dikejutkan dengan satu pengumuman dari Jeff bahawa setiap tribe dikehendaki mengundi keluar satu ahli tribe mereka. Laura B, isteri kepada Rupert paling banyak mendapat undian dari Tadhana manakala Candice diundi keluar dari Galang. Sebelum Candice & Laura B dibawa keluar, Jeff mengumumkan satu lagi twist di mana Redemption Island is back dan their partner boleh ganti tempat partner mereka di Redemption Island. Rupert tanpa ragu, bertukar tempat dengan isterinya, manakala John dan Candice berbincang dan decide Candice akan stay di Redemption. 

Tribe Galang - Colton sedar dia antara target utama sebab kelakuan dia masa Survivor One World, so he decided to apologize to his tribe, Monica especially yang diblindside oleh Colton pada season lalu. Siap menangis lagi kat camp. Tetapi ahli tribe Colton still tak percaya yang Colton sudah berubah. 

Tribe Tadhana - Brad, suami kepada Monica banyak bertindak sebagai ketua and he formed all guy alliance with Caleb, John, Hayden & Vytas. I don't like all guy alliance. Even other people such as Vytas and Caleb pun tak berapa comfortable dengan Brad. He's really cocky and arrogant. 

Immunity Challenge - Immunity merupakan kombinasi challenge fizikal di dalam air dengan puzzle. Tadhana mendahului pada mulanya. Gervase sangat lemah masa berenang. Dan kemahiran mereka mendayung juga sangat teruk. Tapi bila sampai stage puzzle. Galang berjaya melintas tribe Tadhana dan memenangi immunity. And Gervase bukan main cocky lagi menyambut kemenangan mereka which is ironic sedangkan dia punca tribe Galang ketinggalan pada mulanya. 

Tribal Council - Target pada asalnya adalah Katie because of her poor performance masa stage puzzle. Tapi Brad bengang dengan kelakuan Gervase dan bercadang untuk mengundi Marissa keluar. This is stupid cause Marissa is strong at the challenge. Marissa was blindsided 8-1. Marissa nampak berang sangat sebab because of her uncle she was voted out. 

So far, I really love the first episode. And peserta semua nampak sangat interesting. Cuma annoyed sangat dengan Brad. Other than that, this is a great premiere. 

Cinta Jannah - Episod Akhir

Hello!!!

Aku memang follow cerita Cinta Jannah ni. Dari episod pertama lagi sampai lah sekarang. Kalau ada tertinggal still catch up kat Tonton. Petang tadi adalah episod akhir Cinta Jannah ni. Overall, cerita ni okay. Cuma episod akhir tadi macam hampeh sikit

Cari dia selesaikan konflik dalam cerita ni senang sangat. Bukan main belit lagi tapi bila nak uraikan simpulan tu, just potong guna gunting. Sampai tercipta perumpamaan baru sebab cerita Cinta Jannah ni. Babak lepas 9 tahun tu tak boleh blah sikit. So nak senang, jom kita buat 9 tahun kemudian. So everyone boleh jadi baik dan keluarga Jannah kat kampung tu, anggaplah mereka tak pernah wujud. 

Kenapa tak buat 20 tahun kemudian terus jer. Senang sikit. Semua dah mati, kecuali Ezaryl & Jannah. Mereka jumpa lepas tu kena langgar lori. Lagi senang. Aku memang berang sikit kalau cerita bukan main lagi konflik ni, tapi penyelesaian tak memuaskan. Sama cam sinetron Indon. 

Tapi tadi aku ada terbaca tweet or status dari pengarah Cinta Jannah. Dia cakap TV3 banyak potong so tu yang nampak lompang sana, lompang sini. Hmmm. However, aku still suka gandingan Aeril Zafril & Nelydia. Sweet sangat nampak. Best jugak tengok gandingan fresh ni. Lepas ni aku nak request gandingan Aaron & Kenchana Dewi. Mesti best.. 

After 2 Years!!!

Hello!!!

Petang tadi, aku plan nak tidur sebab takde apa nak buat lepas balik kerja. Tengah aku nak lena, telefon berbunyi. Bila aku nak tengok siapa yang call, aku terkejut sangat. Ya Allah.. It's one of my best friends from university, JH. JH dengan aku ni belajar sama masa degree dan kami further Masters sama2. Tetapi entah mengapalah suddenly lost contact around July 2011. Aku cuba sedaya upaya untuk call dia tetapi tak dapat. Tambahan pula dia tinggal di Johor. 

JH ni adalah orang yang paling banyak berjasa. Dia tua dua tahun dari aku. Tapi kami still masih boleh klik. Aku masa belajar UiTM, memang bertuah. Sebab JH ni ada kereta. So tak pernah mengalami masalah pengangkutan and senang nak ke mana-mana. JH ni pun suka tengok wayang. And dia pun suka tengok cerita Korea, siri TV so pendek kata kami banyak share interests. 

Bila dia menghilangkan diri, aku memang rasa sangat kehilangan. Dia bukan sahaja seorang kawan bagi aku, tapi juga dah macam abang dah. Teringin sangat nak share dengan dia kehidupan selepas belajar. Dia banyak berjasa pada aku, so aku pun nak sangat balas budi dia, tapi dia hilangkan diri begitu sahaja. Even fb pun dia deactivated.

So petang tadi, masa dia call dia tanya. Ingat tak siapa ni. Lor. Of course lah aku ingat. Aku tanya dia kenapa hilang. Dia cakap phone masuk air. Tak kisahlah apa alasan dia, aku just happy sangat dapat reconnect dengan JH. Plan nak jumpa esok. Tapi aku ada kelas malam esok & lusa. So kami akan jumpa malam jumaat ni. 

I can't wait to see him again!!!

Korean Drama: The Heirs (Lee Min Ho & Park Shin Hye)

Hello!!! 

Antara drama Korea yang aku tengah tunggu sekarang adalah The Heirs yang akan mula ditayangkan pada 9 Oktober ni. Faktor utama yang buat aku nak tengok sudah tentulah gandingan pelakon utama dia iaitu, Lee Min Ho (Boys Over Flowers, City Hunter) dan Park Shin Hye (He's Beautiful, Flower Boy Next Door). 

So, nampaknya kena renew akaun Alldebrid aku cepat2 so boleh download tanpa ada sebarang gangguan. Ada banyak lagi cerita yang aku nak tengok tapi masih x sempat lagi. Busy lagi. Maybe after musim exam dah nak habis, aku akan dowload cerita Cheongdamdong Alice dan The Innocent Man.

Happy Birthday To My Little Brother...

Hello!!!

Semalam adalah birthday adik aku, Faiz Zikri yang ke tujuh. Rindu sangat adik aku tu. Memang rapat dengan dia. Actually aku bersyukur sangat adik beradik aku memang sangat rapat antara satu sama lain. Kami semuanya hero so rumah kami memang bising sangat dengan suara dan telatah kami. 

Excitednya adik aku tiup lilin tu. Dah macam nak tumbang dah lilin tu. Rumah kita org memang dah jadi rutin actually sambut hari jadi. Walaupun ada org cakap sambut birthday ni budaya barat, kami takde niat nak agung-agungkan budaya barat pun cuma nak bergembira dengan family sahaja. 

Nak cerita sikit pasal adik aku ni. Memang nakal, tapi dia bijak. Aku ngan dia pulak memang kamcing. Macam2 permainan pelik yang aku main dgn dia. Main mak dgn anak lah, baby sakit, dan kadang2 main pembunuh pun ada jugak. Huhu. 

Masa aku dan adik aku ni agak limited actually. Well sejak dia lahir lagi. Dia lahir masa aku dah mula sambung belajar di UiTM. Dungun. Dan sekarang pun aku bekerja di Sunway. So dalam setahun tu berapa hari sangat lah kami berjumpa. Tapi kami still rapat walaupun jarang jumpa dan jarak umur kami sendiri yang sangatlah jauh iaitu 21 tahun. Huhu.

So aku harap sangat adik aku yang bongsu ni akan membesar jadi orang yang berguna kepada keluarga. Rindu sangat!!!

ANTM Cycle 20 - Episode 8

Hello!!!

Finally watched episode 8 and here are my quick recap for this week episode.

Marvin's Tears ~ Marvin still lagi menangis. Menangis kehilangan Jeremy dan juga mungkin berasa bersalah sebab prank badutnya itu menganggu tumpuan Kanani semasa photoshoot. To me, si Marvin ni terlalu emotional sangat.

Reward ~ Reward minggu ni terbahagi kepada dua part. Part pertama, trivia di mana para model disoal tentang dunia fesyen. Model-model akan diberi wang tunai untuk setiap jawapan yang betul. My favorite moment is bila Cory yang sememangnya meminati fesyen tidak dapat mengecam Donatella Versace. Phil mengumpul wang tunai paling sedikit. Part, kedua, para model diminta untuk menggunakan wang yang diperolehi mereka untuk membelikan pakaian yang paling sesuai dengan mereka. Phil did worst for me. I think he deserved 2 points for reward this week. Don menang challenge disebabkan kemahirannya berflirting dengan judge. Boo... I think Renee & Nina did better than him. 

Drama Kings ~ Marvin dan Chris H memang dah lama x suka antara satu sama lain so akhirnya mereka bergaduh. I'm not sure what they said. I heard monkey and I heard acne. So they basically talking trash on each other. Marvin memang menjengkelkan sedikit this week. Dgn drama air matanya. Just stop crying. It's not like Jeremy dead at the panel last week. 

Photoshoot ~ Tema photoshoot minggu ni ialah Living Art with Paint di mana model-model dilemparkan cat dan mereka hendaklah memastikan body composure, pose and expression look great. Cory & Chris did great. The girls except Jiana rocked the photoshoot this week. Jiana struggled disebabkan dia tidak selesa disimbah dengan cat. Phil & Marvin pun struggle jugak dan sekali lagi Marvin menangis. 

Drama 2.0 ~ Chris H annoyed the girls when he bathed in Girls bathroom. Chris H start memberontak and Jourdan especially sangat berang sebab kelakuan Chris meningatkan dia pada bekas suaminya. 

Judging ~ Judges love Jourdan's photo. It's really good. Nina & Renee also did well. Marvin, Jiana & Phil dikritik paling teruk this week. But I think Phil did the worst this week. He shouldn't be here but of course he survived again. I think Jiana did bad this week but Phil is the worst. In term of reward, photoshoot and potential. I don't get the judges score at all and I don't believe that Jiana's Fan Score is too low. Last week, she got 7.9 and this week she got only 3.9. What the heck? Rigged!!!

Maruah Roomieku Yang Tercalar

Hello and Salam Ahad to everyone!!!

Tajuk hari ni gempak sikit. Actually, semalam ada satu peristiwa yang agak kelakar jugak yang melibatkan aku dan Roomie aku, DD. Semalam aku siap agak awal jugak untuk pergi kerja. Si DD pulak ni memang liat kalau nak pergi kerja. Biasanya dia pergi kerja lebih awal dari aku. Tapi aku mandi dulu then siap cepat2. Si DD pulak, time ni lah baru masuk bilik air nak mandi. 

Aku bila keluar bilik jer, secara automatiknya lock pintu dari dalam sebab aku biasanya keluar last. So keluar je dari kondo terus dapat teksi. Semasa dalam teksi tu, hati aku terdetik je tiba-tiba. Eh, aku rasa cam kunci pintu bilik tadi. Teringat DD yang ada dalam tandas. So aku cepat2 call Kak M which is orang yang sewakan bilik kepada kami. Dia beritahu yup, DD terkunci and tak boleh masuk bilik so dia tolong bukakan bilik tidur kami. Oh gosh, aku terus terbayang macam manalah si DD tu duk berkemban sambil meminta tolong dan menjerit bukakan pintu. Mesti tragis adegan tu.

DD terus mesej melahar aku. Huhu. Sorry DD. Aku betul-betul tak sengaja. Takpa, kau memang suka berkemban kan. Hehe. Usually aku yang bimbang DD akan lock bilik, bila aku tgh mandi. Selalu je pesan, jgn kunci pintu, rupanya aku yang mengurung dia. Sorry babe!!! Nanti aku belanja, gula2 dua puluh sen.

Hello!!!

This is my top 4 for this week because only 4 good acts were shown in this episode.

1. Ellona Santiago

~ I love Ellona from Season 1 and I was so upset when the judges put her in a group. She doesn't a group. She's very commercial and she loves Pop music. I can see a popstar here. Very confident. I don't believe that Simon didn't remember her. at all. Liar!!!

 

2. Ashly Williams

~ First time I saw her, I was like her face looks like 'Alexandra Burke' from The X Factor UK. I even got Alex vibes from her audition. Very good. She picked a very hard song to sing and she did good. She needs a style makeover though. The girls category is so strong this year. 

 

3. Stone Martin

~ Unique name. He's so cute and adorable. He has a bad habit though. He flips his hair too much. But his voice is great. Cute audition. But I think he's too young. 

 

4. Andrew Scholz

~ Country singer. His first audition is not so good. I agree with the female judges but Simon insisted the other judges to give him another chance. His second song is much better but same as that guy from the previous episode, he should be put in the group. He got 4 yes.

~ I don't know why but I'm always rooting for anti-social/awkward contestants. Danie is fifteen years old but she's not like the other teenage girls. She prefers reading than hanging out at the mall. She sings House On The Rising Sun beautifully. 

 

2. Carlos Guevara

~ I'm not really a fan of the sad stories and it really annoys me when people tried to milk the sympathy from the public. But Carlos isn't one of them. He never think that he's a victim. That's why I like him. He suffers from Tourette Syndromes but his song is very clear. Reminds me of James Morrison. Not so commercial but he has potential. 

 

3. Josh Levi

~ Very confident and I love his rendition of Come & Get It. I love his swag. And I think people will love him. Great tone & great personality.

 

4. Jeff Gutt

~ He auditioned last year but was eliminated at Bootcamp Round. He's very good but sometimes he tends to mimic other artiste. He sings Don't Wanna Miss A Thing but the judge don't like it cause they don't think it's original. He got another chance and he sings Creep. Much better but still have minor problems like diction and phrasing. But he has potential. His son is so cute. 

 

5. Colton Pack

~ A country singer. He's very loveable. From a small town and he brings lot of people from his hometown with him. His vocal isn't that great. I think he should be put in a group. 

That's my Top 5. I'm so going to root for Danie. Love her voice. 

 

The X Factor UK Season 10 - Week #3 Audition

Hello!!!

Here are my favorite acts from the third week of audition. I don't really like the talents this week. Only several acts that stood out for me.

1. Giles Potter

~ My favorite this week. He's so energetic and I love the fact that he's having so much fun with this. Everyone enjoy him and I love the raspy-ness in his voice. Great potential. 

 

2. Kingsland

~ We have so many boybands right now in the market but I really want to see a boyband who not just can sing well but also can dance well. That's why I like them. They are very energetic and very comfortable on the stage. Vocal not so good. Quite messy but they have potential. 

 

3. Nicholas McDonald

~ Good singer but I want to see more personality. A little bit bland for me. I think Gary's right that he's not ready yet. 

 

4. Stephanie Woods

~ She entered before back in 2007. She made it to the Judges House and Sharon was her mentor. She's a nice girl but I'm not so sure. Decent vocal but don't think it was strong enough. We have so many girls with great vocal this season (Hannah, Jade, Melanie & Tamera) and I don't think she can live it up to the other girls that we've seen before. 

 

5. Brick City

~ Very the Black Eyed Peas. I think they're very interesting. They're more like urban dance type group and I want to see more from them

 

That's all from me. There's other acts who made it through but I don't really like them such as Next of Kin (too old fashioned) and Rough Copy (kinda annoying). So next week is the last week of audition before the bootcamp. See ya..

The X Factor USA Season 3 - Audition #2

Hello!!!

Here are my favorite auditions from the 2nd Audition yang ditayangkan kat channel RTL CBS Entertainment di Hypp TV pada minggu lepas.

1. Simone Torres

~ Simone is a very unique teen girls. She's different from the other teenage girls who love makeup and other stuff like that. Personaliti dia kinda quirky a little bit but her voice is so good. Very soulful and the way she projected her voice reminds me of Christina Aguilera. Very likeable but the most touching moment for me was when her father told her that he's proud of her. Such a sweet and tender moment. 

 

2. Rachel Potter

~ She's a country singer but not really too country to me. Ada background dalam broadway. She has great vocal. Dia menyanyikan lagu Somebody To Love from Queen. Really good and she's very commercial as well. Dia dalam kategori Over 25. Great potential.

 

3. Al Calderon

~ Daddy's boy!!! Al is very charming and cute. His vocal is great but I think he should be in group. Vokal dia reminds me of Jason Mraz a little bit. 

 

4. Denise Weeks 

~ Not gonna lie. This is the saddest audition for this episode. Denise ni penyanyi subway, meaning dia menyanyi sambil minta sedekah dalam tren. She sings The Greatest Love of All tetapi tetapi tak dapat catch up muzik. So judges asked her to sing it in acapella and it was better than before. Very likeable and down to earth. And yes, I cried. 

 

5. Roxxy Montana

~ Trio. And they're sisters!!! They sing One Night Only but it was so messed up. But they got another chance to sing any song acapella and they killed it. I like them but I'm not sure about them. A little bit old fashioned for me. 

 

Overall, great episode again. Lot of great talents. I'll see you guys later for the review of 3rd Audition. 

 

AEON Member Day di Sunway Pyramid

Hello!!!

Hari tu aku ada terima, kad jemputan untuk AEON Member Day di Sunway Pyramid. Member Day tu hanya untuk satu hari saja which is esok, 19 September. Aku pulak bila dah tahu ada Member Day, terus simpan duit. Nak beli apa-apapun, hold dulu. Manalah tau ada yang lebih murah masa Member Day. 

  Aku tgk katalog yang disertakan bersama kad jemputan. Ada satu jer benda menarik perhatian aku. Sling back from Playboy. Ada potongan 70 percent which is bagus sangat sebab aku tgh plan nak beli bag baru. Hopefully ada yang berkenan. Aku juga plan nak cari seluar trak untuk Fun Run pada hujung bulan ni. 

Okay. Kena kumpul energy untuk shopping esok. Plan nak pergi pagi tapi entahlah cam takde mood pulak nak kuar pagi. So plan nak pergi lepas balik kerja. See ya there shopaholic!!!
